Under the Law, Altıparmak Gıda is considered the data controller.

b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

The purposes of processing your personal data include but are not limited to: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Altıparmak Gıda or its business partners, maintaining the commercial activities of Altıparmak Gıda, and managing its human resources and employment policies.

All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing and access of your personal data and to securely store it.

c) Sharing of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with Altıparmak Gıda’s subsidiaries, shareholders, business partners, customers, suppliers, external service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations in accordance with the conditions stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

The purposes of sharing your personal data include but are not limited to: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Altıparmak Gıda or its business partners, maintaining the commercial activities of Altıparmak Gıda, and managing its human resources and employment policies.

When your personal data is shared, necessary security measures are taken.

d) Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Your Personal Data

Altıparmak Gıda collects your personal data through surveys, websites, Altıparmak Gıda representatives, and similar various channels in order to carry out its activities. It processes your data for different legal reasons in compliance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

e) Your Rights Under the Law Regarding Your Personal Data

Under the Law, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

1. To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

2. To request information if your personal data has been processed,

3. To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used accordingly,

4. To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,

5. To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

6. To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law,

7. To request that the transactions made pursuant to items 5 and 6 be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

8. To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

9. To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can exercise these rights by submitting an application to Altıparmak Gıda in accordance with the procedures described in the “Application Form” provided via the above link. If new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, Altıparmak Gıda will announce them.

Your applications within this scope will be concluded as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.

Currently, these applications are free of charge. However, if the Personal Data Protection Board determines a fee schedule, pricing will be done accordingly.
